BOYNEXTDOOR is soaring to new heights on the Billboard charts with their latest release!
On April 29 local time, Billboard revealed that BOYNEXTDOOR’s new mini album “HOW?” had debuted at No. 93 on its Top 200 Albums chart (which ranks the most popular albums in the United States), marking the rookie boy group’s very first time entering the top 100.
“HOW?” is BOYNEXTDOOR’s second album to enter the Billboard 200, following their first mini album “WHY..”, which debuted at No. 162 on the chart last year.
In addition to debuting at No. 3 on Billboard’s World Albums chart, “HOW?” also achieved BOYNEXTDOOR’s highest rankings yet on both Billboard’s Top Album Sales chart and Top Current Album Sales chart. The EP entered the Top Album Sales chart at No. 6—meaning it was the sixth best-selling album in the United States last week—and the Top Current Album Sales chart at No. 7.
Last week, “HOW?” also became BOYNEXTDOOR’s first album to debut at No. 1 on both Oricon’s weekly album chart and weekly combined album chart after recording the group’s highest first-week sales yet in Japan.
Meanwhile, starting with this week’s episode of Mnet’s “M Countdown” on May 2, BOYNEXTDOOR will begin promoting their B-side “So let’s go see the stars” on music shows.
Congratulations to BOYNEXTDOOR on their new career highs!
