Bae Jin Young has parted ways with C9 Entertainment.
Earlier on August 4, 10asia reported that Bae Jin Young decided not to renew his exclusive contract with C9 Entertainment.
The following day on August 5, C9 Entertainment released an official statement announcing the end of Bae Jin Young’s exclusive contract with the agency. Going forward, CIX will continue to promote music with four members including BX, Seunghun, Yonghee, and Hyunsuk.

Bae Jin Young made his debut as a member of Wanna One in 2017 after starring on “Produce 101 Season 2,” and following activities with the temporary group, he re-debuted as a member of CIX in 2019.
