Channel A’s “Check in Hanyang” has shared an adorable glimpse of its leads behind the scenes of filming!
Set in the Joseon era, “Check in Hanyang” is a new romance drama about four young people who become “interns” at Yongcheonru, the grandest inn in all of Joseon. Bae In Hyuk stars as Lee Eun Ho, a prince who is secretly hiding his identity, while Kim Ji Eun plays Hong Deok Soo, a woman who disguises herself as a man to join Yongcheonru.
Bae In Hyuk and Kim Ji Eun’s cute chemistry shines in newly released photos from the filming set, which show the two stars laughing and joking around with one another between takes. In stark contrast to the bickering dynamic their characters displayed in the first two episodes, it’s clear that the actors get along fabulously in real life. Whether rehearsing a fight scene or playfully posing for photos together, Bae In Hyuk and Kim Ji Eun’s teamwork is top-notch.
“On the filming set, Bae In Hyuk and Kim Ji Eun are always discussing their scenes and being considerate of one another, and they work hard to create the best scenes possible,” said the drama’s production team. “Not only do they always enliven the atmosphere on set with their cheerful energy, but thanks to the professionalism the two actors display through their serious focus and monitoring, they are also a positive influence on the production crew.”
