The Yongsan Police Department in Seoul announced on August 30th that Suga had been transferred to the prosecution on charges of drunk driving but was not detained. Currently serving as a social service worker, Suga is accused of riding the electric scooter while intoxicated around 11:15 PM on August 6th, near his home in the Yongsan district of Seoul.
