Hwang In Youp may be gearing up to lead an exciting new romantic comedy!
On January 8, JTBC reported that Hwang In Youp will take on the male lead role in the upcoming drama “To You” (literal title).
In response to the report, Hwang In Youp’s agency KN Studio shared, “It’s a project he’s currently reviewing.”
Penned by writer Jung Eun Bi of the dramas “Beauty Inside” and “Doom at Your Service,” “To You” is a romantic comedy exploring the lives of two individuals at different crossroads in life. Reporter Lee Jae has transitioned from a fearless teen driven by dreams to a disillusioned 20-something facing the harsh realities of life, and finally becoming an adult in her 30s who feels like she has settled into mediocrity. On the other hand, film director Soo Bin has lived a life designed by his parents during his teenage years but eventually broke free and charged through his 20s and ultimately achieved the dream he had longed for by his 30s.
Hwang In Youp is currently considering the role of film director Woo Soo Bin.
