Lee Min Ho and Gong Hyo Jin shared some laugh-out-loud moments from filming their kiss scene in When the Stars Gossip.
The two stars, appearing in tvN’s highly anticipated weekend drama, guested on the January 6th episode of Shin Dong Yeop’s web variety show. The show follows the quirky adventures of Eve, a woman working at a zero-gravity space station, and Gong Ryong, an unexpected visitor with a mysterious mission.
Gong Hyo Jin couldn’t help but giggle as she shared some behind-the-scenes secrets. “When we filmed together, there were these ‘green men’ in bodysuits helping us out. We kept messing up, so they had to pop in and out all the time. Even during the kiss scene, they were literally supporting us from behind. It was… quite the experience!”
Shin Dong Yeop chimed in, saying, “So, when you’re floating and the kiss feels a bit off, do the green men just give you a little push? Are they the ones controlling the romance levels?” His comment had everyone cracking up.
Lee Min Ho joined in on the fun, adding, “If you’re passionately kissing but suddenly drift too far apart, it can get hilariously awkward.”
