The 2024 KBS Entertainment Awards will be held without a red carpet.
On December 13, KBS officially announced, “The red carpet for the 2024 KBS Entertainment Awards, which is scheduled for December 21, will not be taking place this year.”
The decision to cancel this year’s red carpet appears to have been made due to the ongoing political protests in Yeouido, where KBS is located.
Meanwhile, the 2024 KBS Entertainment Awards will still take place as scheduled on December 21 at 9:20 p.m. KST. Lee Joon, Lee Young Ji, and Lee Chan Won will be serving as this year’s MCs.
