Upcoming occult film “Dark Nuns” has revealed its first teaser and a captivating new poster!
The second installment and the female version of Kang Dong Won’s hit 2015 film “The Priests,” “Dark Nuns” tells the story of nuns who perform exorcisms to save a young boy possessed by a powerful evil spirit.
The newly released poster spotlights Song Hye Kyo as Sister Junia, whose determined gaze pierces through blazing flames, and Jeon Yeo Been as Sister Michaela, whose expression reflects a mix of skepticism and curiosity.
Junia is a fearless nun determined to save the boy at all costs, and Michaela, though initially repulsed by Junia, eventually allies with her to help the suffering boy. The poster’s tagline, “We’re ready to venture into the forbidden place,” heightens anticipation for their gripping mission to save the young boy.
The teaser begins with Sister Junia’s ominous question, “Have you heard of the Twelve Apparitions?” as tension escalates with a suspenseful soundtrack. As the teaser unfolds, it hints at a high-stakes clash between the nuns and the Twelve Apparitions, which have resurfaced in Korea. Junia’s commanding proclamation, “You vile spirits, leave at once!” paired with her fierce determination, teases a thrilling and intense narrative.
