The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for dramas!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, community awareness, and viewership indexes of 16 popular dramas, using big data collected from November 10 to December 10.
SBS’s “The Fiery Priest 2” topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 7,396,886. High-ranking phrases in the drama’s keyword analysis included “Kim Nam Gil” and “Lee Ha Nee,” while its highest-ranking related terms included “enraged,” “thrilling,” and “awaken.” The show’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 87.81 percent positive reactions.
KBS 2TV’s “Iron Family” rose to second place for December with a brand reputation index of 5,437,740.
Meanwhile, MBC’s “When the Phone Rings” took third place on the list with a brand reputation index of 5,128,294.
“Gangnam B-side” came in at a close fourth with a brand reputation index of 5,014,396, while JTBC’s “The Tale of Lady Ok” rounded out the top five with a score of 4,209,236.
