Former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin has filed complaints against reporters from Dispatch as well as HYBE’s former CEO Park Ji Won and Chief Public Relations Officer Park Tae Hee.
On November 2, Dispatch reported that former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin used NewJeans to prepare for her independence. The media outlet raised suspicions that the live broadcast where NewJeans members requested the reinstatement of former CEO Min Hee Jin as well as NewJeans member Hanni’s appearance at the National Assembly audit were directed by Min Hee Jin.
They also alleged that Min Hee Jin, while serving as a director at ADOR, had meetings with representatives of a certain company, suggesting that she engaged in “tampering” by contacting external investors to bring NewJeans along.
In response to the report, Min Hee Jin’s representatives announced that they filed a complaint against Dispatch reporters with the Yongsan Police Station on charges of violating the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (intrusive acts on information and communications networks, etc.).

Hello. This is Macoll Consulting Group, responsible for media communication alongside law firm SHIN & KIM LLC, representing former CEO Min Hee Jin.
Former CEO Min Hee Jin has filed charges against former HYBE CEO Park Ji Won and HYBE CPO Park Tae Hee for violating the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (intrusive acts on information and communications networks, etc.) and against Dispatch reporters Kim Ji Ho and Park Hye Jin for violating the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (defamation) with the Yongsan Police Station.
Since April, the accused Park Ji Won and Park Tae Hee have actively utilized illegally obtained private conversations, adding false information to create negative public sentiment about former CEO Min Hee Jin.
Dispatch reporters Kim Ji Ho and Park Hye Jin, fully aware of the intention behind this, have continuously defamed Min Hee Jin by publishing false reports under the pretense of journalism.
Even today, Kim Ji Ho and Park Hye Jin wrote articles that are entirely unrelated to the truth, adding their own speculations to one-sided claims without any verification, producing false content.
We hope that through this lawsuit, a thorough investigation will reveal the serious lies and deception of the accused and that they will face appropriate legal consequences.
