BTS’s Jin’s new title track is off to a strong start on the Billboard charts!
For the week ending on November 30, Jin’s “Running Wild”—the title track of his first solo album “Happy”—became his first solo song to enter the top five of Billboard’s Global 200, where it debuted at No. 5. “Running Wild” also entered the Global Excl. U.S. chart at No. 4.
Several other songs from “Happy” made this week’s global charts as well: Jin’s pre-release single “I’ll Be There” climbed back up to No. 29 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart and No. 56 on the Global 200, while “Heart on the Window”—his duet with Red Velvet’s Wendy—debuted at No. 99 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart and No. 152 on the Global 200. Other B-sides that entered the Global Excl. U.S. chart included “Another Level” (No. 142), “Falling” (No. 158), and “I will come to you” (No. 172).
“Running Wild” also debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Digital Song Sales chart, meaning it was the best-selling song of the week in the United States. “Heart on the Window” entered the chart at No. 20, “Another Level” at No. 22, “I will come to you” at No. 23, and “Falling” at No. 25.
Meanwhile, Jin swept all of the top five songs on this week’s World Digital Song Sales chart, where “Heart on the Window” debuted at No. 1, followed by “Another Level” at No. 2, “I will come to you” at No. 3, “Falling” at No. 4, and “I’ll Be There” at No. 5.
Over on Billboard’s Hot 100, “Running Wild” made a strong debut at No. 53—making it Jin’s second solo entry on the chart following his 2022 single “The Astronaut.”
Finally, Jin reached a new peak on Billboard’s Artist 100, which he re-entered at No. 2 in his fourth overall week on the chart.
Congratulations to Jin!
