SBS’s “The Fiery Priest 2” has unveiled new stills ahead of the upcoming episode!
A sequel to the hit 2019 drama about priest Kim Hae Il (Kim Nam Gil) with anger management issues, “The Fiery Priest 2” follows his story as he takes on the boss role of an organization by night and heads to Busan to fight the top drug cartel in the country.

Previously, Park Kyung Sun (Lee Ha Nee) was approached by Nam Du Heon (Seo Hyun Woo) with an offer to collaborate on a “teleportation project.” When Nam Du Heon asks her to investigate a drug case involving a vice minister’s eldest son, Park Kyung Sun confidently promises to deliver significant results. Nam Du Heon’s cryptic remark, “You’re filling my cup. There’s not much left,” only adds to the growing intrigue.
A mysterious meeting between Park Kyung Sun and Nam Du Heon in a scenic café, rather than at the prosecutor’s office, has drawn attention. During the scene, Nam Du Heon sips a strawberry smoothie while sharing a cryptic story, leaving Park Kyung Sun looking conflicted and tense. His sly smile adds to the mystery. Viewers are left wondering whether Park Kyung Sun will uncover clues about Nam Du Heon’s suspected drug connections.
Lee Ha Nee and Seo Hyun Woo delivered standout performances in the scene outside the prosecutor’s office, balancing warmth with subtle tension. Lee Ha Nee skillfully portrayed Park Kyung Sun’s calm, unreadable expression while staying alert to every word Seo Hyun Woo’s character spoke. Meanwhile, Seo Hyun Woo brought Nam Du Heon’s meticulous nature to life, showcasing his efforts to win over Park Kyung Sun without revealing any vulnerability.
The production team praised the chemistry between Lee Ha Nee and Seo Hyun Woo, saying, “Their acting chemistry is consistently captivating.” They added, “With changes coming at the Nambu District Prosecutor’s Office, we invite viewers to watch closely as the relationship between Park Kyung Sun and Nam Du Heon develops.”
