Upcoming drama “The Tale of Lady Ok” has shared new stills featuring Lim Ji Yeon!
“The Tale of Lady Ok” follows the intense survival con game of runaway slave Goo Deok Yi (Lim Ji Yeon), who assumes a false identity, and Cheon Seung Hwi (Choo Young Woo), who risks everything to protect her.
The released stills offer a glimpse into Goo Deok Yi’s remarkable survival skills and versatility. In one image, she is seen selling goods in a bustling marketplace. Another captures her cooking with a spatula in her hand and a surprised look on her face. In the third still, she transforms into a tavern keeper with her hair neatly tied up and a large mole drawn under her eye. 
These glimpses of Goo Deok Yi showcase a character who, despite her lowly status, refuses to succumb to her circumstances and lives with unyielding determination. Having endured the tyranny of a violent and cruel master, her modest but heartfelt dream is to live a long life and die peacefully rather than starving or suffering at the hands of others.
Her tenacity and resourcefulness will undoubtedly prove invaluable as she assumes the identity of a noblewoman. Viewers are eager to see the fate that awaits the intelligent, athletic, and skilled Goo Deok Yi as she becomes the fake Ok Tae Young as well as how Lim Ji Yeon will bring both Goo Deok Yi and Ok Tae Young to life with her performance.
“The Tale of Lady Ok” will premiere on November 30 at 10:30 p.m. KST.
