Rain has revealed that he has claustrophobia. He opened up about his fear of confined spaces in a recent video posted on Thursday on his YouTube channel, Season B Season.

The video, titled “Rain’s Overseas Highlights: From Mongolia to Taiwan to Hong Kong, Treated Like a VIP,” follows the singer’s busy international schedule as he tours various countries.

In the footage, Rain arrives in Taipei, Taiwan, before his performance. As he heads to the event venue, he reflects on his hectic travel schedule, saying, “It’s been non-stop—Australia, then Taiwan, and now, next up, Mongolia.” He also mentions some of the must-try local foods in Taiwan, showing his excitement for the culinary experiences.

At the luxury event venue, Rain was seen signing albums for fans, joking about the ups and downs of celebrity life. His staff kept the mood light, making playful comments about sandwiches. After the event, Rain headed to a seafood restaurant, commenting, “This is luxurious, isn’t it? I thrive in glamorous settings. “He then suddenly switched to a more introspective tone, adding, “But sometimes, I just want peace and quiet.”

Mongolia was the next stop on his tour. Rain waited for a helicopter ride to the Mongolian steppes during some free time before his performance. In a candid moment, he shared his concerns about the flight, saying, “I’m a bit claustrophobic, so I’m not sure how this will go.” Initially hesitant about sitting in the front seat, he finally faced his fear and took the front spot. He added, “Will I be okay?” He reflected on past experiences, “There was a scene in a movie where I had to lie in a coffin. Ever since then, I’ve had a fear of small, enclosed spaces. It’s like a shock to my system.”

Despite his worries, Rain’s mood lightened once the helicopter took off. “It felt like I was in a movie,” he exclaimed. “The panoramic views and sense of stability were incredible. It made me realize—if you’re going to splurge on a ride, this is the way to go.” The flight even included a stop at the iconic Genghis Khan statue, where Rain took a moment to take a photo opportunity.

Rain’s whirlwind tour concluded in Hong Kong. Before his performance, he spent time with his crew and remarked, “This is my first time trying street food in Hong Kong,” expressing his satisfaction with the experience.
