KBS2’s upcoming drama “Face Me” has released a highlight teaser ahead of its premiere!

“Face Me” is a mystery thriller that follows the unlikely partnership between cold plastic surgeon Cha Jeong Woo (Lee Min Ki) and passionate detective Lee Min Hyeong (Han Ji Hyun), who team up to solve crimes by utilizing reconstructive surgeries for the victims.

The newly released teaser introduces viewers to the intense world of Cha Jeong Woo, whose unwavering focus in the operating room often comes at the cost of patient care. Despite his impressive skills as a surgeon, he frustrates patients and their families, such as when he bluntly states in front of a burn victim, “I don’t perform reconstructive surgery.” His cold demeanor creates a tense atmosphere in the hospital, leaving many to feel isolated.

Meanwhile, Lee Min Hyeong captures attention in an off-the-shoulder dress as she embarks on an undercover investigation. When she spots a suspect, she springs into action, showcasing her charisma and impressive skills as she quickly gives chase, leading to a successful arrest.

The plot then thickens due to an intense confrontation between Jeong Woo and KSH’s chief director, Kim Seok Hoon (Jeon Bae Soo). When Seok Hoon discovers a critically injured trauma patient, a heated debate ensues over whether to proceed with surgery. Jeong Woo insists on transferring the patient to a university hospital’s emergency room, while Seok Hoon argues that immediate action is necessary due to the patient’s condition.

As the story unfolds, Jeong Woo ultimately performs emergency surgery on a female victim, providing crucial medical support for those affected by crime. However, as both he and Detective Min Hyeong strive to excel in their respective roles, tensions rise, leading to inevitable conflict.

Meanwhile, an air of mystery surrounds suspicious activities by an unknown character, heightening the tension even further. Viewers are left with burning questions about the hidden story behind this character’s troubled past, the question of who is targeting Jeong Woo, and what truths linger in his history.
