The upcoming film “Firefighters” has confirmed its premiere date with its first trailer!

Directed by Kwak Kyung Taek, “Firefighters” captures the authenticity of real-life events by telling the story of firefighters who responded to the fire disaster in the Hongje neighborhood in March 2001. It will vividly depict the urgent situation faced by the team from the Western Fire Station, along with the sweat and tears of firefighters working under challenging conditions, all driven by a singular goal of extinguishing the fire and rescuing everyone.

The newly released trailer highlights the dedication of the firefighters, and it also features their determined and powerful response to a question during a tense fire scene: “If I fail here, that person will die.”

The trailer also shows rookie firefighter Cheol Woong (Joo Won), rescue team leader In Ki (Yoo Jae Myung), paramedic Seo Hee (Lee Yoo Young), Do Soon (Jang Young Nam), and firefighters Yong Tae (Kim Min Jae), Hyo Jong (Oh Dae Hwan), and Gi Cheol (Lee Jun Hyuk), all smiling brightly. As each of the characters is someone’s family, friend, or loved one, the sequence adds emotional depth to their stories. Additionally, the trailer conveys the tension of the dangerous moments they will face, sparking curiosity about their journey ahead.
