Namgoong Min and Jeon Yeo Been will be starring in a new romance drama together!
On September 27, SBS confirmed the production of its upcoming drama “Our Film” (literal title) along with the casting of Namgoong Min and Jeon Yeo Been as the leads.
“Our Film” follows the story of a film director experiencing a “sophomore slump,” losing momentum after a successful first project, and a terminally ill actress who finally tries to live as the main character at the end of her own life.
Namgoong Min will take on the role of film director Lee Je Ha, who swept the film festivals with his debut commercial film based on his own screenplay but currently lives in a desolate state without a clear future.
Jeon Yeo Been will transform into Lee Da Eum, an aspiring actress who suffers from a rare and incurable disease with an uncertain prognosis. Lee Da Eum begins to dream of becoming an actress herself while consulting on a film about living with a terminal illness.
“Our Film” is scheduled to air as a Friday-Saturday drama next year. Stay tuned for more updates!
