As the expiration of their exclusive contract approaches, THE BOYZ is reportedly preparing to part ways with IST Entertainment.
On September 23, TenAsia reported that THE BOYZ is in search of a new agency and planning to leave IST Entertainment as their contract is set to expire in mid-December. According to the report, sources indicate that the group is prioritizing agencies that align with their musical vision and offer a transparent system and is rumored to be in the final stages of discussions with one specific agency. The report further stated that the group is committed to continuing as a full team, and discussions are focused on moving together as one.
In response to the report, IST Entertainment briefly commented, “THE BOYZ’s exclusive contract has not yet expired. We plan to continue discussions with the members.”
Meanwhile, on the same day, THE BOYZ is also reported to make a comeback at the end of October.
