ENA’s “Dear Hyeri” has released a poignant five-minute highlight video that captures the essence of the drama!
“Dear Hyeri” is an upcoming healing romance drama that revolves around Joo Eun Ho (Shin Hae Sun), an announcer who develops dissociative identity disorder following the disappearance of her younger sibling and her breakup with her longtime boyfriend Jung Hyun Oh (Lee Jin Uk). Shin Hae Sun will play the dual roles of Joo Eun Ho, a veteran news announcer with zero presence, and Joo Hye Ri, a parking lot attendant.
The new highlight video opens with a heart-wrenching breakup scene between Joo Eun Ho and Jung Hyun Oh, who tenderly says, “Joo Eun Ho, let’s end it.”
The video then introduces Joo Eun Ho as a hard-working veteran announcer whose reserved personality is contrasted by Joo Hye Ri’s playful behavior as a parking lot attendant. Her eccentric demeanor and unique way of speaking highlight the symptoms of her dissociative identity disorder.
While Joo Eun Ho and Jung Hyun Oh inevitably encounter each other at work and frequently bicker, Joo Hye Ri finds herself developing feelings for Kang Joo Yeon (Kang Hoon), an announcer who fell in love with her at first sight.
However, tensions escalate when Jung Hyun Oh unexpectedly encounters Joo Hye Ri, and Kang Joo Yeon comes across Joo Eun Ho. Furthermore, the trio’s chance encounter in the company lobby raises questions about the future of their intertwined lives and relationships.
