Police have decided not to forward actor Yoo Ah In’s case of alleged sexual assault to the prosecution.
According to the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul on September 19, they determined that there was insufficient evidence to substantiate the sexual assault allegations against Yoo Ah In and decided not to forward the case on September 11. It was also reported that the police have no plans for a reinvestigation.
Previously on July 15, a 30-year-old man filed a complaint, claiming that he was sexually assaulted by Yoo Ah In while sleeping at an apartment in Yongsan District. Yoo Ah In appeared at the Yongsan Police Station last month to undergo questioning and denied the allegations.
