Mark your calendars, because we finally have news on Nam Yoon Su’s long-awaited BL series! “Love In The Big City” is the television adaptation of Sang Young Park’s bestselling novel of the same name.
On Wednesday, August 28, the posters for this highly anticipated series were unveiled, featuring lead actors Nam Yoon Su and Jin Ho Eun. One poster shows Yoon Su with a melancholic and nostalgic look, while the other poster shows Yoon Su and Ho Eun’s heads hugging each other, surrounded by people partying.
Along with the posters, the official release date of the series has finally been announced. “Love In The Big City” will consist of 8 episodes of 50 minutes each and will air starting Monday, October 21 on TVING. The cast includes Lee Soo Kyung, Lee Se Hee, Oh Hyun Kyung, Kwon Hyuk, Lee Hyun So, Byun Jun Seo, and Seo Tae Woong. The series is directed by Hur Jin Ho, Hong Ji Young, Son Tae Gyum, and Kim Se In. It is produced by a distribution company known for titles such as Semantic Error, Love Class, A Shoulder To Cry On, Love Class 2 et Love for Love’s Sake, sparking excitement and anticipation among fans of the novel, as well as Korean BL fans who have been waiting for news since the project was announced.

It features stories of laughter, tears, and hurt, between a mother who refuses to accept her child’s gender identity and a lover who is unable to escape society’s judgment.
Goyoung eventually meets a pure love like no other, Gyu-ho, but he must let him go. After Gyu-ho leaves, Go-young follows a stranger to Thailand and spends a late monsoon vacation. Reminiscing about the good old days that can never be regained, he achieves complete personal growth.
