KBS 2TV’s upcoming drama “Dog Sounds” (literal translation) has shared its first stills of star Lee Soon Jae!
“Dog Sounds” is a new sitcom about a group of very active senior citizens and a former police dog named Sophie.
Veteran actor Lee Soon Jae will star as himself, a beloved Korean actor known for his nuanced performances. After a scandal on set tarnishes his reputation, he flees to Geoje Island, where he encounters a neighbourhood dog named Sophie. Surprisingly, he starts to understand Sophie’s barks as human speech. Together with Sophie, he begins to uncover mysterious incidents in the neighborhood, starting a new chapter in his life.
The newly released stills depict Lee Soon Jae after moving to Geoje Island. In one photo, he is captured with a bright smile on his face.
Dog Sound is scheduled to premiere in September.
