Netflix’s original series “The Frog” has unveiled the official trailer ahead of its premiere!
“The Frog” is a mystery thriller that tells the story of two pension owners who live in different timelines: Gu Sang Jun (Yoon Kye Sang), who runs a motel in the past, and Jeon Young Ha (Kim Yun Seok), who runs a pension in the present. When similar incidents occur to each man, the two make completely different decisions.
The newly released teaser starts with Seong A (Go Min Si) arriving at Young Ha’s pension and deciding to stay. The caption, “One peaceful day, an unwelcome guest arrived,” heightens anticipation about how Young Ha’s life will be disrupted after Sung Ah’s arrival.
After Sung Ah leaves, Young Ha notices something odd: the guest has cleaned up everything except for a bloodstain on a mirror. Then, tensions escalate as Sung Ah is shown brutally attacking a man and locking eyes with Young Ha in a chilling gaze.
The teaser continues with scenes of Sang Jun, who is visibly shocked to see something, and Bo Min (Lee Jung Eun), who is navigating through a dense field. The teaser concludes with a voice-over narration, “A giant tree fell in a forest, and no one was around to hear it. Did it still make a sound?”
Director Mo Wan Il teased, “As I completed each scene, I stayed tense while focusing on how the next story would unfold. That is how this production was completed.”
