CRAVITY’s agency has issued an apology following claims that a fan suffered a concussion after being assaulted by a security guard.

On the 22nd, Starship Entertainment addressed the incident via the group’s official fan café, stating, “We deeply apologize to the individuals affected and our fans for the inappropriate behavior of a security guard during CRAVITY’s return from their Japan concert and promotions on June 23rd at Gimpo Airport.”

The statement continued, “Upon becoming aware of the incident, we immediately terminated our contract with the security company responsible for CRAVITY’s on-site protection. Additionally, we are implementing new security protocols and training procedures to ensure the safety of our fans and artists.”

Earlier, an individual identified as a minor claimed on X (formerly Twitter) that they were struck on the head by a security guard during CRAVITY’s arrival at Gimpo Airport. The fan alleged that the guard repeatedly used violence, forcing her to flee. The guard reportedly taunted her, saying, “Do it more,” further aggravating the situation. The fan later received a concussion diagnosis at the hospital and announced plans to report the security company to the police.
