First ‘Love Next Door’ Cast Reunion
tvN recently revealed photos of the cast of “Love Next Door” during their first script reading, getting many fans excited.
A talented cast
The photos, published on July 10 on tvN’s official Instagram, show the actors present at this first reading: Jung Hae In, Jung So Min, Yun Ji On, Kim Ji Eun, Park Ji Young, Jang Young Nam, Lee Seung Hyub, Jo Han Chul, Lee Seung Joon, Han Ye Joo, Kim Geum Soon, Jeon Suk Ho and Shim Soo Young. The creative team, including director Yoo Je Won and “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” screenwriter Shin Ha Eun, was also present.
A promising new romantic comedy
“Love Next Door” is tvN’s new romantic comedy. The story focuses on Bae Seok Ryu (played by Jung So Min), who tries to restart his troubled life, and Choi Seung Hyo (played by Jung Hae In), the son of his mother’s friend, who represents a dark period in Seok Ryu’s life.
Positive atmosphere and expected synergy
During this first reading, the atmosphere was positive. The actors began by introducing themselves and offering insight into their respective characters by reciting a few lines of their dialogue. The “Love Next Door” team commented: “This was a lovely and warm first read, as if old friends and neighbors were reunited. »
They added, “Please watch the passionate performances and synergy of the stars that will immerse you in the romance of Choi Seung Hyo and Bae Seok Ryu, as well as the life stories of the residents of Hyereung district. »
A highly anticipated first collaboration
This drama marks the first collaboration between Jung Hae In and Jung So Min. Both are widely recognized for their talent in the romance genre, which is already generating great anticipation among fans for their on-screen chemistry and the evolution of their love story.
Fans are also eagerly awaiting Lee Seung Hyub’s return to the small screen after his success in the drama “Lovely Runner.” He is expected to play the role of Jung So Min’s brother in this series.
