tvN’s “The Auditors” is off to a promising start!
On July 6, the new drama starring Shin Ha Kyun and Lee Jung Ha premiered at the top of its time slot. According to Nielsen Korea, the first episode of “The Auditors” scored an average nationwide rating of 3.5 percent, taking first place in its time slot across all cable channels.
Meanwhile, SBS’s “Connection” ended on the highest viewership ratings of its entire run. The series finale of the hit thriller took first place in its time slot with an average nationwide rating of 14.2 percent, marking a new all-time high for the drama.
“Connection” was also the most-watched program of the entire week among the key demographic of viewers ages 20 to 49, with whom it earned an average rating of 4.8 percent.
MBC’s two-part drama “The Pork Cutlets,” which aired in the same time slot as “Connection,” wrapped up its own brief run on a nationwide average of 3.3 percent.
After hitting a new all-time high last Sunday, JTBC’s “Miss Night and Day” dipped to an average nationwide rating of 5.7 percent for its latest episode.
Finally, KBS 2TV’s “Beauty and Mr. Romantic” defended its title as the most-watched program of Saturday with an average nationwide rating of 17.5 percent.
