Jo Yoon Hee is stepping into the spotlight on a new TV Chosun variety pilot program called Now I’m Alone (literal translation). The show, which premieres on July 9th, follows Jo Yoon Hee and other celebrities as they navigate life after divorce.
Explaining her reason for joining the show, Jo Yoon Hee said, “I still hesitate and feel scared to face new things, even though I want my daughter to see me as a strong, inspiring mom. I saw this as an opportunity to push myself and show everyone what I’m truly capable of, so I’ll try to show as many sides of myself as possible.”
She continued, “I want to show my child and the viewers a courageous person and mother who keeps picking up herself and tries again even after failing many times in life,” expressing her determination for new challenges and activities.
Now I’m Alone takes a refreshingly honest look at the lives of people who are starting over after becoming single again. Starring Jeon No Min, Jo Yoon Hee, Choi Dong Seok and Lee Yoon Jin, the show follows their journeys of self-discovery as they figure out how to build a new life from the ground up. The show focuses on their process of moving forward instead of the drama about why or how they became single.
Now I’m Alone is set to premiere on July 9th.
