The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for variety shows!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, interaction, media coverage, community awareness, and viewership indexes of 50 popular variety programs, using big data collected from May 2 to June 2.
“Home Alone” (“I Live Alone”) continued its reign at the top of the list this month with a brand reputation index of 6,275,244. High-ranking phrases in the show’s keyword analysis included “Park Na Rae,” “Ku Sung Hwan,” and “Joo Hyun Young,” while its highest-ranking related terms included “reveal,” “support,” and “move out on their own.” The program’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 85.27 percent positive reactions.
“My Little Old Boy” rose to second place with a brand reputation index of 4,221,561, marking a 47.57 percent increase in its score since May.
Meanwhile, “Running Man” came in at a close third with a brand reputation index of 4,054,938.
“Radio Star” climbed to fourth place with a brand reputation index of 3,267,854, marking a 22.39 percent rise in its score since last month.
Finally, “Win or Nothing” (“A Clean Sweep”) rounded out the top five with a brand reputation index of 2,979,486 for June.
