BTS’s V recently shared some words of encouragement for new intern Go Min Si on the show Jinny’s Kitchen 2.
On June 17th, the YouTube channel “fullmoon” released a special video titled “A Video Letter from an Intern to an Intern,” featuring V. In this video, V, who had appeared in “The God of Gratitude” episode before his military enlistment last winter, reminisced about his time on Jinny’s Kitchen and expressed excitement about the show’s second season.
During the video, director Na Young Seok asked V to leave a video message for the new intern. V promptly agreed, saying, “Sure, let’s do it,” and then playfully asked, “Can I cross my arms?” to show his seniority, eliciting laughter.
V then offered his advice: “First of all, you can’t be slow. You need to be quick and be diligent in your role as the youngest. When I return, I hope you’re accustomed to it. I don’t know who you are yet, but I’ll see you then.”
Go Min Si has joined Jinny’s Kitchen 2 as the new intern. With a background in various part-time jobs, from a wedding planner to restaurant and café work, Go Min Si confidently stated, “I’m very good at being quick. I need things done quickly, so I’m very fast and efficient. I can even do the dishes quickly.”
Jinny’s Kitchen 2 is set to premiere on June 28th at 8:40 PM KST on tvN.
