JTBC’s upcoming Wednesday-Thursday drama “My Sweet Mobster” has unveiled a new glimpse of Han Sun Hwa’s character!
“My Sweet Mobster” is a romance drama with surprising twists starring Um Tae Goo as Seo Ji Hwan, a man who has overcome his troubled past, and Han Sun Hwa as Go Eun Ha, a kids’ content creator. Despite having only a humble number of subscribers, Eun Ha strives to develop new playing methods and tools to bring joy to children.
In the newly released stills, Go Eun Ha is seen playing with playground sand and crafting a spaceship by manually cutting paper cups and colored paper instead of relying on expensive toys.
Another photo captures Eun Ha transforming into a villain by donning an octopus costume, demonstrating her commitment to bringing happiness and cheer to children.
Reflecting on her character and her experience during filming, Han Sun Hwa said, “As you can see from the teaser videos and stills, I’ve done various types of play. I wore animal masks and colorful costumes that were different from my typical fashion style, which made me feel like I was in the middle of a parade.”
As for the most memorable scene, she chose the finger puppet scene, because she had to play three roles simultaneously. She added, “I also wore animal costumes for the first time [in my life] through this project. It was embarrassing, but also amusing and intriguing to see myself just empty my mind and completely immerse myself in acting. I hope viewers will also enjoy seeing Mini’s play activities.”
“My Sweet Mobster” premieres on June 12 at 8:50 p.m. KST and will be available on Viki.
