JTBC has unveiled new stills from its upcoming drama “Miss Night and Day”!
“Miss Night and Day” is a romantic comedy about a young job seeker who suddenly finds herself trapped in the body of a 50-year-old woman and a skilled prosecutor who becomes entangled with her. The drama is helmed by director Lee Hyeong Min of the hit series “I’m Sorry, I Love You” and “Strong Woman Do Bong Soon.”
In the drama, Lee Mi Jin (Apink’s Jeong Eun Ji) is a job seeker in her 20s who rapidly ages into her 50s when the sun rises and returns to a woman in her 20s when the sun sets. Using her face that has suddenly aged 30 years, she gets a job as a senior intern under the name of Im Soon (Lee Jung Eun) and works under prosecutor Gye Ji Woong (Choi Jin Hyuk).
While her alternate persona Im Soon is working hard as Gye Ji Woong’s intern, sparks begin to fly between the 20-something version of Lee Mi Jin and Gye Ji Woong. Not to be outdone, Im Soon also forms an unexpected connection with Go Won (Baek Seo Hoo), an idol who is doing public service work at the Seohan District Office.
In the newly released stills, Im Soon and Go Won are seen spending time together. There is an awkward atmosphere between them as they converse while drinking iced Americanos after work.
Later, Go Won makes viewers’ hearts flutter with his intense gaze as he corners Im Soon against a wall. Even outside the office, Go Won naturally leads Im Soon by the hand, showcasing his manly charm. It remains to be seen what aspect of Im Soon has attracted Go Won, as well as how the introduction of this new character will affect the relationship between Gye Ji Woong and Lee Mi Jin.
“Miss Night and Day” will premiere on June 15 at 10:30 p.m. KST.
