Byeon Woo Seok, currently at the center of phenomenal popularity thanks to the K-drama Lovely Runner, is set to appear on tvN’s ‘You Quiz on the Block’.
Byeon Woo Seok, who gained immense attention for his role as Ryu Sun Jae, a former swimming athlete and idol group member in the tvN series Lovely Runner, will share his thoughts on the “Sun Jae” phenomenon. The actor will talk about the enthusiastic response to the drama, which took three years to make, and share behind-the-scenes stories, including his relationship with co-star Kim Hye Yoon.
“This project is very special to me,” the Lovely Runner star confessed, revealing that he “cried so hard reading the script for episode 16,” which sparked curiosity about the story that hides behind her tears.
Dubbed “the nation’s sweetheart” for his role as Sun Jae, Byeon Woo Seok will also talk about his approach to romance and how it compares to his on-screen character.
