EXO’s Doh Kyung Soo (D.O.)’s solo comeback is off to a strong start!
On May 7 at 6 p.m. KST, Doh Kyung Soo made his long-awaited return with his new mini album “Blossom.” Immediately upon its release, both the album and its title track “Mars” shot to the top of iTunes charts in various countries across the globe.
By May 8, “Blossom” had already hit No. 1 on iTunes Top Albums charts in at least 36 different regions, including Japan, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, South Africa, Norway, Nicaragua, Taiwan, Laos, Russia, Lithuania, Macau, Mexico, Mauritius, Malta, Vietnam, Belarus, Sri Lanka, Spain, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Argentina, Oman, India, Indonesia, Chile, Kazakhstan, Qatar, Colombia, Thailand, Turkey, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Fiji, and Hong Kong.
Meanwhile, “Mars” had reached No. 1 on iTunes Top Songs charts in at least 23 different regions, including Venezuela, Romania, Nigeria, Nicaragua, Vietnam, Belarus, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Ecuador, El Salvador, Oman, Jordan, Indonesia, Chile, Kazakhstan, Costa Rica, Colombia, Kyrgyzstan, Panama, Peru, Fiji, and the Philippines.
Additionally, “Blossom” topped both QQ Music’s and KuGou Music’s digital album sales charts in China.
