Park Min Young, at 37, has been revealed to have a current real estate holding valued at approximately 11 billion KRW (approx. 8 million USD), bought under a family corporation. According to industry sources, the family corporation, where Park serves as an internal director, acquired a building in Amsa-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, in April 2018 for 4.4 billion KRW (3.2 million USD).

Located roughly 400 meters from Amsa Station on Line 8, the newly constructed building features commercial spaces on the basement and ground floor, studios on the second and third floors, and urban-type residences from the fourth to sixth floors. Expected rental income is about 37 million KRW (27,000 USD) per month, with a security deposit of 500 million KRW (366,999 USD).

In other news, Park Min Young faced controversy in 2022 linked to Kang Jong Hyun, the suspected real owner of the cryptocurrency exchange Bithumb, sparking rumors of their romance. The situation escalated as it was revealed that Park’s elder sister was registered as an external director at Bithumb’s affiliate INBIOGEN. Following the spread of the scandal, Park announced a breakup just two days after the reports, with her sister resigning from the director position amidst the controversy.

Park Min Young, who returned to acting in January with the drama Marry My Husband, expressed her regrets about the past incidents, stating, “Even if it was a short time, I lived regretting it.” She added, “I believe showing a good side as an actor and not causing any more unfortunate incidents is the answer.”
