(G)I-DLE lit up the night in Macau, marking the 12th top of its world tour. The group held its 2024 (G)I-DLE WORLD TOUR [iDOL] IN MACAU at the Galaxy Arena from October 25 to 27. This year’s performances included an additional show compared to last year, drawing over 30,000 fans across the three days and showcasing (G)I-DLE’s strong local popularity.

At Macau’s largest indoor concert venue, all three shows sold out in advance, generating immense anticipation. Fans arrived early, displaying their unwavering support for (G)I-DLE. With light sticks and placards in hand, they couldn’t contain their excitement to reunite with the members after a year.

As the concert kicked off, (G)I-DLE opened with explosive cheers, performing “Super Lady,” followed by “Revenge” and “LATATA.” Minnie expressed her excitement, saying, “I was amazed by the number of Neverland (the fandom name) in 2023, and this year we added an extra show!” Yuqi added, “Since so many Neverland came out, we’ll make sure to repay that love with an incredible performance.”

Each member of (G)I-DLE dazzled the audience with captivating solo stages before reuniting for group performances of “Klaxon,” “Fate,” “Queencard,” “TOMBOY,” “LION,” and more.

The group also treated its Macau fans to an exceptional performance, surprising everyone with a rendition of Sandy Lam’s “At Least I Still Have You.” The audience joined in with enthusiastic singing, expressing their heartfelt affection for (G)I-DLE through placards that read, No matter when or where, I want to meet you and Do what you think is best; Neverland is always by your side.

As (G)I-DLE wrapped up its concert in Macau, they expressed their gratitude, saying, “Happy times always seem to fly by. Thank you so much for cheering us on and joining us for these three days; we had a wonderful time. (G)I-DLE and Neverland are always one. We’ll see you again next year!”

The [iDOL] world tour has generated significant buzz with each performance, and excitement is building as they prepare for their upcoming shows in Melbourne and Sydney, the 13th and 14th cities on the tour.

Meanwhile, (G)I-DLE’s leader Soyeon is discussing renewing her contract with Cube Entertainment. Earlier reports suggested that the renewal negotiations had fallen through, but the agency has denied these claims. Soyeon’s exclusive contract is set to expire in November.
