2PM’s Lee Junho has recently acquired a building in Apgujeong Rodeo Street.

According to Sports Seoul and real estate sources, Lee Junho purchased a commercial building in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, for 17.5 billion KRW (approximately $13.5 million) in March this year.

The building, spanning five floors including one basement level, covers a total area of 830.8 square meters and houses offices and a brunch café. It was bought under the name of his family’s corporation, JF Company. Notably, the building was previously owned by the late actress Kang Soo Youn, who purchased it for 8 billion KRW in 2017.

The building’s location, just a five-minute walk from Apgujeong Rodeo Station, makes it a prime spot with high foot traffic on both weekdays and weekends, contributing to its strong commercial value.

Meanwhile, Rain has also become a property owner in Apgujeong.

On August 1st, Sports Seoul reported that Rain purchased a building on Apgujeong Rodeo Street under the name of a corporation represented by his father. The building, which comprises one basement level and six above-ground floors, was acquired for 15.8 billion KRW (approximately $12 million). It is strategically situated on the path from Apgujeong-dong’s Hanyang Apartments to the Rodeo commercial area, surrounded by galleries, salons, and high-end restaurants.

Rain and his wife, actress Kim Tae Hee, had previously made headlines for buying a building near Gangnam Station for 92 billion KRW (approximately $70 million), boasting two basement levels and eight above-ground floors.
