Multiple media outlets announced on February 24 that award-winning actress Kim So Yeon confirmed her participation in the forthcoming “Tale of the Nine Tailed” Season 2.
In October 2021, the A-list star was offered to appear in the drama’s sophomore season, and her agency J Wide Company confirmed she was recruited.

Fantasy romance series “Tale of the Nine Tailed” ended in December 2020. It revolves around the story of a Gumiho who settled in a city and a female producer chasing him.
Lee Dong Wook, Kim Bum, and Jo Bo Ah were the original cast members of the drama. It also ended with a fair viewership rating of 5.8 percent.
